We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Labour to support daily operations at our Carseland facility. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing trailers, securing freight, and ensuring loads are safe and ready for transport. You will play a key role in keeping yard operations running efficiently and safely.

Scope of Work:

•  Prepare trailers for loading (snow/debris removal, dunnage placement)
•  Open trailer curtains and remove existing load securement
•  Secure freight using straps, tie-downs, and corner boards
•  Operate automated tarping systems safely and efficiently
•  Maintain a clean and organized yard and load-out area
•  Participate in daily safety meetings and follow all procedures
•  Support overall yard coordination and workflow

What you Bring:

•  Proven experience with trailer loading and freight securement is required
•  Comfortable using straps, chains, and tarping systems
•  Physically fit and able to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks
•  Strong awareness of safety procedures and yard operations
•  Dependable with a consistent work ethic
•  Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•  Transportation to Carseland is required
