As a Logistics Coordinator, you will act as the vital link between our customers and freight carriers, ensuring shipments are managed efficiently, service expectations are exceeded, and relationships are built on trust.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and carriers to ensure smooth freight movement

  • Coordinate shipments across multiple modes including Full Truckload, LTL, Expedited, Specialized, and Over-Dimensional services

  • Provide accurate quotes, schedule shipments, and monitor freight status

  • Troubleshoot shipment issues and resolve problems quickly

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to ensure repeat business

  • Support the team in achieving service excellence and performance targets

What You Bring:

  • A positive CAN-DO attitude with strong communication skills

  • Minimum 2 years of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience

  • Knowledge of multiple modes of transportation (LTL, Expedited, Specialized, Over-Dimensional)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent teamwork and team-building skills

  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Completion of High School or equivalent

  • Post-secondary education in Logistics or Supply Chain is an asset
