TF Energy Solutions is looking to hire an Accounting Technician based in Calgary, AB. 

The Accounting Technician will support the accounting team in various functions from cash applications, owner operator payments, to account reconciliations.The successful candidate should have strong communications skills, the attention to detail, be an excellent team player, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Scope of work:

 

• Downloading bank transactions from multiple bank accounts
• Applying customer payments to invoices of multiple TF Energy group of companies
• Managing unapplied cash reporting, reconciliation, and communication
• Downloading fuel transactions from vendor websites
• Understanding Owner Operator pay contracts
• Entering Owner Operator pay trips and deductions
• Participating in Owner Operator account reconciliations
• Supporting other related accounting functions as needed

What you bring:

• Experience with general accounts payable and accounts recievable 
• Experience with invoicing and vendor websites
• Proficent with account reconciliations 
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite application
• Excellent data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
